Working together to improve outcomes for children and Young People with SEND

  • I provide bespoke consultancy for LAs and organisations, who are seeking to develop their inclusion approach. I consult on matters related to SEND, bringing my expertise on policy and practice with an application to strategic planning. Support can include documentary reviews, strategic planning and mentoring.

  • I provide research expertise, in the areas of inclusion and neurodiversity. I bring a strong background in qualitative research management, with a sharp focus on ethical processes, and the importance of stakeholder engagement from initial consultation through to research dissemination.

  • I provide training for LAs and organisations regarding the development of inclusive practice. This includes understanding personalised learning, high quality teaching approaches, and advice on the best practice in supporting individuals who are neurodivergent. Previous training has related to developing inclusive environments, inclusive resource management, delegation of staff, neurodiversity and becoming a strategic, inclusive leader.
